Store Credit Only
All approved returns are eligible for store credit only. Refunds are not offered.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for store credit, items must:

• Be returned within 7 days of confirmed delivery
• Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Have all original tags attached

Kayes Closet reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

• Sale or discounted items
• Bodysuits, intimates, and swimwear
• Any item returned worn, altered, or damaged (unless received that way)

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Any damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be accepted.

Return Process
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once your return has been received and approved, store credit will be issued.
